Testing, One Two

Good morning friends! I’ve been promising to write a blog for those of you who want to follow along in this crazy journey. So here it is! One of the side effects of chemo (for me) is that sometimes I wake up ridiculously early with a lot on my mind (it’s 5:45am and I’ve been up for an hour). So this might be a good place for me to casually get my thoughts down, and update everyone at the same time. Just a heads up, I’ve never “blogged” before, and my day job is still an attorney- not a doctor. So my disclaimer is that anything I write in this blog is just my opinion, experience, or impression. By no means am I offering medical advice, but I’m sure there will be times when I discuss medical things that have worked for me in hopes to maybe help someone else going through a similar situation. So with that, welcome- and stay tuned.

Also- my public Instagram user name is “HollyHollisStars” in case you guys want to follow that as well.

Much love,

-Holly Hollis Stars-

    1. Is there a way that we can “subscribe” to your blog? Like get notified when you post something new? This is a wonderful way for us who aren’t able to be there with you to stay updated with your progress and your prayer needs. Love you friend and praying daily for your healing.

  5. Hi Holly! my name is Eddie Copete. I am a friend of Susan (your mom) and Randy McFarlain. I am the tennis pro at the club where they play. First and foremost I am a Christian and a Cancer survivor. I had a B large cell Lymphoma with a double hit.I did all the Chemo and then come to find out it didn’t work. My Oncologist at MDAnderson got me in a clinical trial CAR-T (Immunotherapy). That saved my life. It was a miracle. God had his hand on a lot of things that happened.I am here to tell you God does answer prayer!. I was looking at your website and reading about all that you are going through; I have to say that you are an inspiration to all of us. The way you are handling yourself with a positive attitude and with God by your side; I believe you will be a Cancer survivor soon. My prayers are with you and your family during this journey. I wish you the best! NEVER GIVE UP!
